     Within three hours of posting Mika for adoption, I was contacted by a very nice lady who was interested in adopting her. We met three days later for a meet and greet and things went great. Both Mika and the adopter loved each other. Mika will be going to a loving home where she will be the queen of the house. I could not have hoped for a better ending. I'm so grateful for Rescue Me!

     A beautiful family contacted us through Rescue Me about our Norweigan Forest Mix rescue cat. We rescued her from the shelter, where they kill cats after five days. (A truly horrible place.) Many people gave her shelter along her path, she was a super sweet cat who kept her loving ways along her journey. The family paid an adoption fee, and transport fee to move Celeste. She has a Norweigan Forest Kitten friend too adopted from a shelter. Thank you Rescue Me!

We didn't want to take it to the shelter where they told me she would have very little chance of being adopted since there were so many kittens.      Pixie & Pudgie were adopted by a wonderful couple. They already have stories to tell about how cute and fun they are. They will be indoor only so they will always be safe, but have a couple of large windows overlooking trees and foliage with plenty of birds and squirrels to entertain them. A very happy ending!

     Thank you for helping our rescue network again!! This girl wandered up to my mother's house in Kansas. My Mom is severely allergic but cared for Sassy outside, building her a warm place during the winter and sneaking wormer into her food from time to time. Now that my Mom is moving, she could not take Sassy with her and was desperate to find her an forever home where she could be out of the elements. Well, Mary saw our post on Rescue Me! and fell in love even though she lives in Minnesota! My Mom drove half way from Kansas and Mary drove half way from Minnesota to ensure Sassy a great forever home.
